Heart disease affects so many lives, and unfortunately some people even end up dying as a result of it. It affects both men and women quite negatively, so think before you down that cheese burger. The great thing is that there are things that you can do to improve your heart.

It makes sense, the things that you put into your body determine how healthy it is.
